Sandra Pauletto (Principal Investigator)

Associate Professor of Media Technology at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. She has degrees in physics and music, and specializes in sound computing, media production and creative media technology. In 2014 she chaired and organised the first SoniHED Conference on the Sonification of Health and Environmental Data.

Elina Eriksson

Associate Professor at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Elina specializes in sustainability and human-computer interaction (S-HCI),  and ICT for sustainability.

Cristian Bogdan

Associate Professor in HCI at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Cristi specialises in conveying complex technologies (robots, electric vehicles, energy in buildings, electronic voting, databases, user interfaces) to people and to make them actionable.

Stefano Delle Monache

Researcher in sound computing at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Stefano specialises in sonic interaction design and participatory methods for sound-driven design. Stefano was the PI of a Marie Skłodowska-Curie individual Fellowship Participatory Designing with Sounds.

Andrea Cera

Sound designer and composer. Research collaborations include IRCAM, MotionComposer, Phonotonic, Casa Paganini-InfoMus. With IRCAM and Renault, he developed the design of external electric cars’ sounds - from Renault Zoé to the collection E-Tech 2022. In 2020-2022 he collaborated with Taiwanese collective Luxury Logico for “The Insomnia Sketchbook” a robotic installation in an immersive sound space.

Rod Selfridge

Post-Doc in Sound Computing and Media Production at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Rod specialises in sound computing, physical modelling, procedural audio, sound design, sound effects, acoustics and audio within VR/MR/AR.

Yann Seznec

PhD student within the Sound for Energy Project at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Yann is an artist whose work focuses on sound, music, physical interaction, games, and building new instruments.

Björn Palm

Professor of Energy Technology at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Björn heads the Department of Applied Thermodynamics and Refrigeration Technology. Björn's research concerns heat pumps and cooling systems. In all research, increased energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact are the driving factors.

Vincenzo Madaghiele

Master student intern at KTH (from Politecnico di Torino and EURECOM) within the Sound for Energy Project. Research interests include data science, machine learning, sound computing, music and creative media technology.
